Intrepid Travel has launched a Q1 incentive program for North American travel advisors called the Intrepid IN to WIN initiative, which will run through March 2025. It offers substantial rewards for advisors and exclusive benefits for their clients.

“This isn’t just another incentive—this is an agent’s chance to book, win and travel with Intrepid in a way that benefits both the agent and their clients,” said Laura Hernandez, Head of Partnerships North America, in a press statement. “The travel landscape is shifting, and agents are at the heart of it. We’re making sure they’re rewarded for leading the way.”

This program allows travel professionals to enhance their earnings while providing added value to their customers. Each booking secures special perks for clients and enters the advisor into a series of rewarding contests. Prizes include guaranteed spots on FAM trips, significant giveaways from B Corp partners and the grand prize—an Intrepid trip valued at up to $3,500.

Clients booking Small Group Adventures (SGA) will have their choice of valuable incentives. These include a complimentary Urban Adventure worth up to $150 USD/CAD, a $100 USD/CAD Future Travel Voucher applied as a discount at the time of booking or the option to make a $100 USD/CAD donation to The Intrepid Foundation, which Intrepid will match with an additional $50 contribution. Of note: These value-adds are designed to enhance the booking experience and can be combined with existing offers, such as Virtuoso amenities.

February’s incentive focuses on sustainability, with three lucky advisors winning $350 gift certificates from fellow B Corp companies like Patagonia or Athleta. March raises the stakes even higher, as the advisor generating the highest revenue will be awarded a complimentary Intrepid journey (not applicable to Tailor-Made bookings).

This initiative provides a unique platform for advisors to expand their product knowledge, boost their sales and potentially experience Intrepid’s offerings firsthand.

“Our [advisors] are storytellers, explorers, and changemakers. We want to reward them in a way that celebrates their impact on responsible travel,” added Hernandez in the press statement. “This incentive isn’t just about sales—it’s about experiencing Intrepid firsthand and passing that excitement on to their clients.”
