Intrepid Travel is rolling out two new initiatives this month designed to celebrate travel advisors and strengthen industry partnerships across North America. Both programs focus on recognizing the professional contributions advisors make to the company’s success.
“Travel advisors are the heartbeat of Intrepid,” says Laura Hernandez, Head of Partnerships, in a press statement. “This is our way of giving back, shining a light on their stories, and having some fun while we’re at it.”
Tell Intrepid Your Story
The first initiative invites travel advisors to participate in a storytelling contest running through May 14. Advisors can submit their most memorable Intrepid-related experience for an opportunity to win one of three prizes. These narratives might include client success stories, personal travel experiences, or notable sales achievements connected to the brand.
Contest entries must be emailed directly to [email protected] with “My Favorite Intrepid Moment” in the subject line. The company encourages submissions that showcase collaborative successes between advisors and the brand. Advisors have the option to include a photo with their entry, though this is not required for consideration.
The prize structure includes substantial rewards across three tiers. The first-place winner receives an Intrepid small-group adventure valued at up to $3,000. Second place earns a complimentary Urban Adventure experience for two people (valued at $300). The third-place finisher will receive a copy of “The Intrepid List” book. Winners will be announced May 16 through the company’s Agent Hub platform and Facebook Community.
The second initiative introduces Intrepid Icons, a monthly recognition program beginning June 4. This ongoing series will identify one exceptional travel advisor each month who has demonstrated outstanding support and promotion of Intrepid products. Selected advisors will receive publicity across trade channels and an unspecified surprise reward.
