If your clients are foodies and thrill-seekers, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is the place to be in 2025, offering a mix of delicious cuisine, live music and excitement at its Food & Wine Festival and Concert Series.

Kicking off March 7 and running through May 18, this year’s festival introduces brand-new culinary selections and an expanded concert schedule with a lineup of performers. For the first time, concerts will now be held on select Fridays in addition to Saturdays and Sundays, offering even more opportunities for guests to enjoy live entertainment.

Savor Global Flavors

Foodies are in for a treat with an expanded selection of globally inspired cuisine. This year’s festival menu features flavors from the Caribbean and India, complementing returning favorites from South America and Europe.

Guests can indulge in dishes like Smoked Jerk Chicken with Caribbean Rice, Chickpea Masala and Butter Chicken with Basmati Rice. Sweet tooth? Try the warm bananas with rum and vanilla ice cream for the perfect festival dessert. Pair it all with an array of craft brews, wines and specialty cocktails.

A Star-Studded Concert Lineup

The 2025 concert series brings an eclectic mix of artists spanning multiple genres. Guests can expect high-energy performances from country, rock, pop and R&B icons, including:

  • March 8 – Starship Ft. Mickey Thomas (Classic Rock)
  • March 15 – Flo Rida (Rap)
  • March 22 – Luis Fonsi (Latin)
  • March 23 – The Commodores (R&B)
  • April 5 – Village People (R&B/Pop)
  • April 19 – Plain White T’s (Pop/Rock)
  • May 3 – Third Eye Blind (Rock)
  • May 4 – Robin Thicke (R&B/Pop)
  • May 17 – Justin Moore (Country)

All concerts take place at the Festival Field Stage, conveniently located behind the Iron Gwazi coaster. General admission is included with park entry, but guests can enhance their experience with reserved seating and VIP packages.
