Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is gearing up for its annual Mardi Gras celebration, transforming the park into a lively tribute to the Big Easy.
Included with park admission, the Mardi Gras celebrations run every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from Jan. 11 through March 2, 2025, and Monday, Jan. 20.

Visitors to Busch Gardens can expect a vibrant Mardi Gras atmosphere, complete with entertainment, live music and a Mardi-Gras-style parade where guests can catch those colorful coveted festival beads. The culinary offerings are equally enticing with Cajun-inspired favorites like Shrimp Creole, Po’ Boy sandwiches, Crawfish Étouffée and beignets.
For those looking to maximize their park experience, an Annual Pass offers added benefits, including access to fan-favorite events like the Food & Wine Festival and Bourbon & BBQ—all included with park admission.
Pass Members will also be the first to experience the park’s new immersive realm, Wild Oasis, before it opens to the public in spring 2025. The new realm, coupled with the park’s new family roller coaster, Phoenix Rising, which opened earlier this year, represents a renewed focus on full-family entertainment. The kid-friendly attraction will feature a rainforest, a drop tower with digital and sound effects, an interactive water play area and a multilevel climbing canopy.
