Travel Advisors Feel the Magic at Disney

In honor of Travel Advisor Appreciation Month, Disney Destinations is rolling out a series of in-park experiences, giveaways and exclusive meet-and-greets designed to recognize travel advisors.

Festivities kicked off on May 1 with the return of the Travel Advisor Appreciation Station at Disney’s Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The station offers advisors an opportunity to connect with Disney’s Travel Agency Sales team, enjoy refreshments and take part in photo ops.

New this year, Disney will also bring the Station experience to Disneyland Park in Anaheim, California, for a limited time from June 6–8, 2026. The event coincides with the Disneyland Resort’s 70th anniversary celebration, which officially launches on May 16, 2026.

“Travel advisors play such an important role in the success of our business, and we’re grateful to have the chance to show them just how much we value all they do,” said Jack Sharp, Director of Travel Agency Sales at Disney Destinations, in a media statement.

Travel advisors who visited the station on opening day praised the initiative for fostering a sense of connection and recognition.

“Our agents at MickeyTravels are so excited about the Travel Advisor Appreciation Station,” said Elyssa Antonelle, Owner of MickeyTravels, LLC. “They are excited to meet the Cast and enjoy the goodies.”

Jeff Stoner, owner of My Mickey Vacation Travel, echoed the sentiment: “We love how our suppliers recognize the partnerships we have with them. Disney blew it out of the water this year.”

For many advisors, the biggest takeaway is the opportunity to connect with Disney representatives in person. “They can put a face with a name,” said Jamie Eubanks, Owner of Magical Vacation Planner. “That’s what I love about Disney—they make the partnership real.”
