Hilton has expanded its Caribbean footprint with the opening of Hampton by Hilton St. Thomas, marking the brand’s first entry into the U.S. Virgin Islands. This 126-room hotel, located across from Havensight Mall with views of Long Bay, is the latest addition to Hilton’s portfolio of approximately 50 Caribbean properties.

The new hotel, owned by Haven Development and managed by Hotel Equities, incorporates modern interior design elements that reflect the island’s character, featuring Caribbean-inspired color schemes. Catering to contemporary travelers, the property offers a range of amenities, including a 3,800-square-foot patio, a 2,000-square-foot pool deck, 850 square feet of event space, a fitness center and a full-service bar and lounge called The Helm, which is open to the public and provides harbor views.
Guests can start their day with Hampton’s complimentary hot breakfast, featuring a buffet and the signature Hampton waffle station, which offers seasonal flavors and toppings. The Helm offers small plates and beverages for those looking to unwind while enjoying the bay views.
The hotel’s central location offers easy access to local shopping, dining and entertainment options. Charlotte Amalie’s attractions are just 1.5 miles away, while Cyril E. King Airport is 4.1 miles from the property. Beach lovers will find Magens Bay Beach 4.5 miles from the hotel.
