In an effort to give travelers peace of mind when booking their Turks and Caicos vacation, The Sands at Grace Bay announced the launch of its newly created No-Hassle, 100% Refund Policy, in the event of a hurricane, along with other special promotions.
The new policy states that if the threat of a hurricane prevents travel to Providenciales, or otherwise interferes with a guest’s vacation, The Sands at Grace Bay will offer a 100 percent refund of any unused portion of the resort stay, no questions asked. The policy covers all possible scenarios with refunds available for pre-arrival cancelations and early departures due to the threat of a hurricane, as well as cancelations due to post-hurricane resort damages. In addition, if hurricane conditions cause guests to miss a flight, and/or otherwise arrive one or more days late to the resort, guests will receive a full refund for those unused days, or have the option of extending their vacation to the original planned time, based on availability. Tropical storms are not covered under this refund policy, but if the Turks and Caicos is under a tropical storm warning and this impacts guests’ ability to travel to The Sands at Grace Bay, they can elect to receive a credit for a return stay of the same value, valid for one year.
The Sands at Grace Bay is further tempting travelers to visit the property this fall with reduced low-season rates starting at $275 per night, plus free resort nights. This year’s offering features the resort’s popular 4th Night Free promo and its Stay 7 Nights, Pay for 5 special. These offers are available for stays now through Dec. 19, 2018 and are valid on all room categories except Studio Courtyard views.
