Scheduled to open late next month, The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark is bringing a new family-friendly adventure to the Catskills, along with special advisor promotions.
With the temperature always set to 84 degrees, travelers can enjoy what will be New York’s largest waterpark year-round. A Texlon transparent roof will bring the great outdoors inside the park, where guests will also find private elevated cabanas, lush vegetation, casual dining options, and more than 10 slides and water adventures, plus plenty of splash zones. Guests can also treat themselves to some fun outside of the water at the resort’s indoor Playopolis Fun Center, complete with a ropes course, rock climbing, arcade games, laser tag and VR experiences. Those looking for some rest and relaxation can head to the Chill Spa, which features massages and body treatments, including some specialty services for even the youngest guests.
Eight eateries and bars range from upscale farm-to-table and grand buffet to light bites, coffee shops and more. The old school Pop’s Sweet Shoppe treats guests to homemade ice cream, gelato and fudge, with a full candy wall display, while classic cocktails are served at Harvey’s Wallbanger. For some added fun, guests can head to nearby Van Winkle’s Alley to try their hand at some mini bowling.
