Hyatt has officially expanded its European portfolio with the opening of , an adults-only resort that marks the first Destination by Hyatt-branded property in Greece.
Located near the seaside town of Nea Moudania and the village of Afytos, Zelia Halkidiki features 104 guestrooms and suites. Hotel Arts Barcelona Revamp
Hotel Arts Barcelona has completed renovations to its guestrooms and suites. The update is part of a multi-phase project led by acclaimed design firm Meyer Davis.
Guestrooms feature new furnishings and curated decor that reflect the hotel’s identity and Mediterranean surroundings. The layout has also been opened up, allowing natural light into each space. Designed by American architect Bruce Graham, the 44-story glass-and-steel tower remains one of the tallest buildings on the Spanish coast.
The redesigned accommodations incorporate handcrafted details, such as exclusively designed headboards and ceramic art pieces. Hotel Arts plans to continue its transformation across public areas and the spa throughout the year, with more details to be announced.

Wilderness Expands East African Portfolio with New Safari Camps
Luxury safari operator Wilderness is expanding its East African footprint with two highly anticipated openings in Kenya’s Mara Triangle. Wilderness Mara debuts in June 2026, followed by Wilderness Mara Villas in February 2026.
Located at the base of the Oloololo Escarpment, Wilderness Mara is found within the Mara Triangle, which is managed by the Mara Conservancy, and grants exclusive access to both sides of the Mara River—prime wildlife territory and fewer crowds.
The camp will feature 12 elevated tented suites along a seasonal marsh, with private decks, freestanding bathtubs and outdoor showers. Guests can enjoy twice-daily game drives and on-site amenities like a spa, a gym and a photographic studio.
Opening later in 2026, Wilderness Mara Villas reimagines the former Governors’ Private Camp.
