Kimpton Debuts in Dubai and Portugal
Kimpton Hotels is making its debut in Dubai with the opening of Kimpton Dubai, a new property set along the city’s Business Bay Canal. Just minutes from the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, the property will feature 280 guestrooms, including standard accommodations and suites. Kimpton Dubai will offer a rooftop swimming pool, a full-service spa, fitness center, curated retail outlets and guest parking.
Kimpton Atlantico Algarve is set along Sao Rafael Beach near the town of Albufeira. The resort features 149 guestrooms and suites. NoMad Hotel in Singapore
Hilton has announced plans to introduce its luxury lifestyle NoMad brand to Asia Pacific with the opening of NoMad Singapore, slated for early 2027. Developed in partnership with Singapore-listed property and hospitality group UOL Group, the 173-room hotel marks the second global outpost for the NoMad brand, following NoMad London, which debuted in 2021.
The signing is part of Hilton’s broader strategy to expand its luxury footprint in the region, with plans to grow to 150 luxury hotels in Asia Pacific in the coming years. As with all NoMad properties, NoMad Singapore will participate in the Hilton Honors loyalty program.

Pan Pacific London Unveils Redesigned Suites
Pan Pacific London has elevated its accommodations with the unveiling of 42 newly redesigned suites. The renovation, led by Singapore-based design firm FDAT, introduces two distinct suite styles, that draw inspiration from Singapore’s Botanical Gardens.

Terranea Resort $4.5 Million Spa Renovation
Following a $4.5 million renovation, The Spa at Terranea—a 50,000-square-foot facility at Terranea Resort on Southern California’s Palos Verdes Peninsula—has debuted a full refresh of its indoor and outdoor wellness spaces.
Key upgrades were added to the lobby and entrance, locker rooms and bathrooms, as well as the spa’s lounge and relaxation areas. All 25 treatment rooms now feature updated equipment, dark cherry cabinetry and spa beds by Living Earth Crafts. The oceanfront spa pool, hot tubs and cabanas have been refreshed with new plantings, outdoor furnishings and shaded seating areas.

Likuliku Lagoon Resort Reopens
Ahura Resorts has announced the reopening of Likuliku Lagoon Resort, following the completion of a $4.2 million revitalization. Key highlights include a new dining venue, refreshed accommodations, expanded conservation programming and upgraded public spaces and infrastructure.
A centerpiece of the renovation is Saluwaki, a 28-seat restaurant offering a Fijian-Asian tapas dining experience. The menu incorporates locally sourced ingredients—many from the resort’s gardens. Also newly introduced is the Na Vanua Conservation Hub, an interactive space developed in partnership with the Ahura Resorts Conservation Foundation.
The hub invites guests to engage with ongoing conservation initiatives, including mangrove restoration, coral planting, reforestation and a program to protect the endangered Fiji Crested Iguana.
All 45 bures have been refreshed. Eleven beachfront bures now feature private plunge pools, expanding the total number of deluxe beachfront bures to 29. Additional enhancements include new interiors, Smart TVs, espresso machines and upgraded bathroom amenities. Overwater bungalows also received updates to their bathing pavilions.
