Swan Hellenic Introduces New Marketing Tool for Travel Advisors

Luxury cultural expedition cruise company Swan Hellenic has partnered with Approach Guides to launch a new marketing solution for travel advisors. This system seeks to streamline the process of creating personalized content for the cruise line’s itineraries.

The tool features co-brandable marketing pages, or “content experiences,” that showcase the brand’s offerings, including itineraries, onboard experiences, destinations, ships and promotions. These pages can be personalized and distributed using AI technology through various channels, such as websites, emails, social media and in-person events. The content experiences include calls to action designed to generate leads for advisors.

Swan Hellenic’s New Digital Frontier

Approach Guides, a content optimization platform for travel brands, provides the technology. “Swan Hellenic assigns paramount importance to the travel advisor community and is demonstrating it with this partnership. Advisors can now quickly share beautiful, personalized marketing content with clients at the moment they are learning about Swan Hellenic’s incredible expeditions, then sit back and collect the leads,” said Jennifer Raezer, Approach Guides co-founder and CMO, in the press statement.

The service is now available to travel partners, who can begin by co-branding their first content experience without requiring a login.

The cruise line will meet with partners and travel advisors at Virtuoso Travel Week from Aug. 11-18. This is the first time the brand, which is now a partner, will be present at said conference.

Of note: Swan Hellenic’s cultural expedition cruises feature guidance and lectures from renowned explorers, experienced expedition guides and field experts. The company has expanded its offerings through partnerships with organizations such as JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs, Chopra and the SETI Institute, which bring additional specialists on board.

Swan Hellenic Explore Further Air Credit Offer

Swan Hellenic has introduced the Explore Further offer for its 2025 voyages to the Arctic, Mediterranean and South America. The promotion provides flight credits up to $850 per person on new balcony stateroom bookings for two or more occupants. This offer applies to select 2025 cruises and requires booking by Oct. 15th, 2024.
