Say hello to the Amenity Tracker, Cruise Planner’s new tool that will help you streamline and organize the many perks and offers that come in from travel suppliers, consortia partners, Cruise Planner’s Home Office team and more.

The Amenity Tracker will help you add every amenity tied in with your clients’ cruises, including onboard credits, prepaid gratuities, beverage packages, specialty dining, Wi-Fi and more, to a reservation in Cruise Planners’ proprietary booking engine CP Maxx.

“This tool was an idea from one of our top producing advisors. It will save him and his team several hours and ensure that they are delivering all of the amenities that were promised to their clients at the time of booking,” said Brian Shultz, Cruise Planners’ chief information officer, in a press statement.

You can add the amenity type, assign dollar values and even leave special notes for your clients. You will also be able to detail the amenities on their invoice and in their myTrips accounts.

The Amenity Tracker tool also allows you to run reports through it for any date range of departures, eliminating spreadsheets or any other way you keep track of amenities on your clients’ reservations. You’ll also be able to check off when each amenity has been confirmed and added to the reservation.
