Tucan Travel is offering two FAMs to South America.
The 12 Days of Peru trip is an adventure-style FAM offered only for agents. The trip, offered from Aug. 22 to Sept. 2, 2015, begins in Lima and explores the Amazon jungle, Cusco, and a guided tour of the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. Travelers will also visit Puno and Lake Titicaca where they’ll spend a night with a local family at one of the islands. Rates start at $549 land-only, however internal flights are included.
There’s also the agent only 10 Days in Colombia FAM, starting in Bogota on Sept. 12 and ending in Cartagena on Sept. 21. Travelers will visit the colonial town of Villa de Leyva, the coffee region of Salento, and Santa Marta where they’ll explore the National Park of Tayrona. Guests will also travel to Cartagena, where they’ll get to swim at the Rosario Islands. Accommodations will be in three locally owned hotels, a local guide will be included on the FAM, and group activities and some meals will also be included. Rates start at $549 land-only, but internal flights are included.
