Savannah, Georgia is home to two unique properties from the Kessler Collection, The Mansion on Forsyth Park and its riverside sister-property, The Bohemian. Last weekend we were hosted by the boutique hotel group and given a chance to experience what the two properties, and the historic city, itself have to offer. From cooking schools and cocktail classes at the Mansion, to sampling Low Country cuisine at local favorite, the Crab Shack on Tybee Island, as well as fine dining at the elegant Olde Pink House, we sampled southern hospitality at its best. There was even an opportunity to participate in a little urban exploration inside a disused 1912 power plant, which is about to be transformed into Kessler’s newest property as part of the Riverside Powerplant Redevelopment project.
