ALG Vacations (ALGV) is rolling out its lineup of 2025 events for travel advisors interested in professional growth and success through education, networking and destination experiences.

Ascend Conference
The 2025 Ascend Conference is set to take place from Oct. 15-18 in Cancun, Mexico. Ascend features general sessions led by keynote speakers, workshops and ALGV training.
MegaFAMs
ALGV’s MegaFAM program is returning with three opportunities in 2025: Cancun, June 23-27; Los Cabos, July 7-11; and Punta Cana, Sept. 8-12. Approximately 150 travel advisors per MegaFAM will stay at multiple resorts as they participated in different activities.
Leading with Heart
Highlighting the importance of fostering kindness within the travel industry, the Kindness Conference and Kindness Connection will return from July 21-25 and hosted at Secrets & Dreams Playa Esmeralda Resort & Spa.
Elite Account Events for Top Performers
ALGV’s Elite Account events, reserved for its highest-achieving agencies, agency owners, and advisors, will take place at luxury resorts in top destinations:
- Elite Emerald: May 14-17 at Dreams Natura Resort & Spa
- Elite Sapphire: June 2-5 at Secrets Bahia Mita & Dreams Bahia Mita
- WAVEMAKER: August 3-6 at Dreams Sapphire Indigo Club
- Elite Diamond: Nov. 19-23 at Secrets Playa Esmeralda & Dreams Playa Esmeralda
