Palladium Hotel Group is preparing to reveal a completely renovated Grand Palladium Bavaro Suites & Spa on Dec. 15, 2025. This reopening introduces two new concepts: Grand Palladium Select Bavaro and Family Selection at Grand Palladium Select Bavaro. The renovation cost approximately $61.5 million and will elevate the guest experience through exclusive services, high-quality cuisine and personalized entertainment.
The Grand Palladium Select Collection, the brand’s premium offering, expands its presence to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, following successful launches in Cancun, Mexico, and Platja d’en Bossa, Spain. This concept focuses on providing a sophisticated travel experience with completely renovated spaces, including the lobby, villas, rooms, restaurants and pools.
Grand Palladium Elevates Every Experience
The compound’s culinary offerings will feature diverse, high-end options. New additions include Piacere Coffee Shop, specializing in specialty coffee; La Grand Gelateria, an authentic Italian gelato parlor; The Pizza Stop, a casual Italian pizzeria; and Le Petit Chef, offering an innovative and immersive dining experience.
The entertainment program is also receiving an upgrade. A schedule outside the Sunset Theater features themed parties such as neon nights, rock nights and beach parties. Guests will have access to facilities at other resorts within the complex: Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort & Spa and Grand Palladium Palace Resort & Spa.
The Family Selection concept is being introduced for the first time in the Dominican Republic. This VIP offering for families includes benefits such as a private lobby and check-in, an exclusive family restaurant called The Nest, a dedicated pool area and butler service. Adults staying in Family Selection will also have access to the adult-only TRS Hotels services.
