Exodus Adventure Travels has announced two new programs designed to enhance the travel experience for both advisors and their clients. The company’s Private Group Adventures and the Extensions and Extras programs offer increased flexibility and customization options for travelers seeking unique experiences worldwide.

“Private Adventures are the perfect way for people of common interests and backgrounds to travel to more than 90 countries around the world with the benefits of expert planning, the best local guides in the business, and built-in savings. We are now offering this as a standalone product because of the tremendous consumer interest in this area,” said Sasha Andrews, Director of Industry for Exodus Adventure Travels, in a press statement. “Extensions and Extras is a game-changer for how travelers engage with guided tours, and it reflects our ongoing commitment to redefining what adventure travel can look like. We’re giving travelers more flexibility and control over their journeys, while continuing to provide the expert support and seamless service that sets Exodus apart.”

Exodus’ Double Duty

Private Group Adventures caters to parties of eight or more, providing a 5 percent discount on dedicated small group trips. Groups of 10 or more receive a 10 percent discount or an additional complimentary space. Your clients can be assured of award-winning itineraries and expert local guides while allowing groups to select preferred departure dates and request limited adjustments.

Of note: As an incentive for travel advisors, Exodus is offering a $250 Visa gift card for bookings of eight passengers on a private group and a $500 Visa gift card for groups of 16, both valid through Oct. 31, 2025. Additionally, advisors can earn a free trip by booking a group of 10 or more travelers.

The new Extensions and Extras program further enhances the guided tour experience by offering curated add-ons to Exodus’s hiking, biking, cultural and wildlife-focused trips. These extensions, led by expert local guides, can include stays at wildlife lodges, wellness retreats or in-depth cultural explorations.

Also note that Exodus now offers comprehensive flight booking services, including premium upgrade options and built-in flexibility. This service, handled by in-house aviation specialists, ensures a smooth air travel experience with ATOL protection and dedicated support for changes or disruptions. Advisors can now offer an all-in-one solution, eliminating the need for separate flight bookings.

Through the Extensions and Extras program, you can also enhance your clients’ accommodations throughout their trip. Options include adding extra nights or upgrading selected stays to rooms with sea views, balconies or private hot tubs. Convenient travel insurance options are also available to provide peace of mind in the event of unexpected circumstances.

Exodus Adventure Travels offers nearly 500 trips across more than 90 countries, catering to a diverse range of interests and group types, including women-only adventure groups, cycling enthusiasts, special interest groups and multi-generational family parties.

Examples of Private Group Adventures include an 8-day Tuscan adventure featuring guided hikes and authentic Italian meals; a 14-day cycling tour through Vietnam; and an exploration of Italy’s Prosecco Hills and Venice. For those seeking more challenging experiences, Exodus offers a trek to Mount Toubkal in Morocco’s Atlas Mountains.
