As Disney Cruise Line focuses on the guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and is working toward resuming operations, it is canceling all sailings departing through January 2021. Sailings are cancelled on board the Disney Magic, Disney Wonder and Disney Dream through February 1 and the Disney Fantasy through February 6.

Guests booked on affected sailings who have paid their reservation in full will be offered the choice of a cruise credit to be used for a future sailing or a full refund. Guests who have not paid their reservations in full will automatically receive a refund of what they have paid so far. Affected guests and travel advisors will receive an email from Disney Cruise Line outlining details and next steps.

In a statement, the company says, “While we are still evaluating the timing, when we return to sailing we will inform you of enhanced health and safety measures—for you, our other Guests, Cast and Crew Members. You will be required to follow all posted instructions while sailing.”

When returning to sea, your clients can book with peace of mind, knowing there are new options available on select sailings that allow them to change their sail date or receive a full refund. Details are available here.

Once things are up and running, Port Canaveral will be home to two of the company’s three new ships as Canaveral Port Authority and Disney Cruise Line have a 20-year agreement in place.
