Sky Vacations has officially launched its Small Group Journeys—a crafted portfolio of travel experiences designed for culturally curious travelers who enjoy exploring the world in a more intimate setting.
Small Group Journeys are limited to a maximum of 20 guests, offering a seamless blend of meaningful cultural engagement, guided sightseeing and flexible free time. These itineraries combine iconic landmarks with local discoveries, offering authentic, story-rich travel experiences across some of the world’s most inspiring destinations.
“Our goal with the Small Group Journeys was simple,” says Richard Krieger, Director of Sky Vacations, in a press statement. “We wanted to design experiences that feel as rewarding as private travel, but with the added richness of sharing moments with a small group of fellow travelers. Each itinerary is a story waiting to unfold—personal, purposeful, and profoundly memorable.”
Quality Over Quantity
Among the featured programs in Sky’s Small Group Journeys are through the souks and Sahara landscapes of Morocco, the island atmosphere of Cuba, the wonders of Petra and Wadi Rum in Jordan and India’s Golden Triangle. Travelers can also explore Croatia, South Africa and Victoria Falls. More destinations are scheduled to be added, including Turkiye, Italy, Greece, Portugal and Egypt.
“These programs are for travelers who want to feel the heartbeat of a destination—not just admire it from a distance,” added Krieger. “It’s about waking up somewhere extraordinary, sharing meals prepared by real families, and discovering the kind of travel magic that can only happen in small numbers.”
Departures are scheduled beginning at the end of 2025 and throughout 2026. They’re ideal for solo travelers, couples and groups of friends and family who want to explore the world together, but without a large group.
