The Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau welcomes LGBTQ+ visitors with special offers and events through June 30.
As a resident of Miami Beach, I can attest to it being a wonderfully diverse and inclusive destination. And now The Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) has launched the third year of Rainbow Spring, offering a range of promotional discounts and LGBTQ+ experiences.
“Greater Miami and Miami Beach takes pride in being a welcoming community for LGBTQ+ travelers year-round,” said Dan Rios, GMCVB’s Director of LGBTQ+ Tourism Marketing. “With Rainbow Spring, we continue to offer meaningful experiences to ensure our LGBTQ+ visitors feel seen, celebrated, and represented when they visit.”
Popular Rainbow Spring choices offered around the destination include live music, karaoke, trivia nights, bingo, martini nights and sports gatherings.
Highlights include:
• The Miami Film Festival, April 3-13. The festival, across various venues, includes a curated program dedicated to LGBTQ+ cinema with nine feature films that explore diverse themes of identity, community and self-expression. Ticket discounts of 20 percent are available through the GMCVB.
• OUTshine LGBTQ+ Film Festival, April 17-24. The 27th edition of this premier festival showcases films from emerging and established LGBTQ+ filmmakers. The 8-day movie marathon includes internationally acclaimed films while celebrating premieres at opening and closing ceremonies, after-parties and a filmmaker’s event.

A popular Pride celebration created by women, for women, celebrating its 17th year with a variety of events across the Miami and Miami Beach neighborhoods of South Beach, Wynwood and Downtown. The lineup ranges from daytime parties to sizzling nightlife with food, drinks, DJs, live music and dancing.
