Due to unforeseen circumstances, The Cranberries have rescheduled their upcoming concerts at Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort in Cancun, Mexico from Aug. 26, 27, and 28, 2016 to Feb. 10, 11 and 12, 2017. If your clients have already reserved tickets through Palace Resorts’ telemarketing or concierge staff for the August shows, they must contact their assigned agent before Sept. 23, 2016 to confirm their seats for the new dates. After this date, reservations will be forfeited.
For those who purchased tickets for the previous dates, note that tickets for the Friday, Aug. 26, 2016 concert can be used at the Friday, Feb. 10, 2017 concert; tickets for the Saturday, Aug. 27, 2016 concert can be used at the Saturday, Feb. 11, 2017 concert; and tickets for the Sunday, Aug. 28, 2016 concert can be used at the Sunday, February 12, 2017 concert.
If guests are unable to rearrange their travel arrangements for the new dates, they can request a full refund from Palace Resorts from Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2016 through Friday, Sept. 23, 2016. Guests who purchased a ticket at an authorized Ticketmaster retail location, may request a refund at the retail location where the tickets were purchased. Those who bought a ticket at ticketmaster.com.mx or via phone, can call (01) 55 53 25 9000 to request a refund. Guests who purchased their ticket at Palace Resorts box offices, can request a refund at the location where the ticket was purchased.
