Club Med recently debuted Club Med Finolhu Villas on a private island in the Maldives, on Jan. 31, 2015.
The 52 adults-only villas are located either over the water or on the beach, and offer direct sea access, private pools and terraces, as well as personal butlers. Guests will also enjoy breakfast and afternoon tea served on their terraces, movies under the stars, and iPads to stay connected. The Club Med Finolhu Villas resort features a fine dining restaurant, Motu, and a Club Med Spa by ILA, which offers organic treatments. The private island features a bar and a main pool with live music, a fitness center, and a retail boutique, plus watersports such as snorkeling and kayaking. Scuba diving, jet skiing, and parasailing are available at an additional cost, as is a plane ride, a boat ride, or an underwater excursion to discover the Maldives.
