Boutique cruise line, Azamara, is launching a new Masterclass Series of on-demand videos to further the brand’s mission to support its loyal travel advisor community. The cruise line will be rolling out new Azamara World Academy videos every month hosted on Azamara Connect—the brand’s online portal for travel advisors—providing destination education and sales boosting modules that will coach travel advisors to optimize their business.

Azamara has been actively developing and is now launching this educational series of on-demand videos to take travel advisors on a journey to sell destinations and Azamara with confidence. Starting with Destination Immersion experiences, there are three 60-minute webinars around country-intensive voyages, focused on France, Spain Italy, and Greece intensives. Upcoming informational videos include: Discovering the Black Sea on Dec. 3, 2020, The Azamara Consumer, Sales Tips and Tricks, A How-To Marketing Guide, Offers and Promotions, Crafting the Perfect Story, and How to Gauge Success. Travel advisors will receive an email with a link to register for the series through Azamara Connect.

Additionally, in a July 2020 survey completed by more than 2,000 U.S.-based travel agents, Azamara found that the most important updates that trade partners want to hear are related to canceled sailings, safety protocols, and refund/credit updates for clients, and they prefer to receive these updates via email, informational webinars, and online training. As a direct result of this feedback, Azamara will also soon be rolling out phase II of its Masterclass Series with topics expected to focus on the brand’s healthy return to service and relevant updates for travel advisors.
