The newly opened Teya Wellness Sanctuary expands the resort’s wellness program with treatments rooted in Dominican and Ayurvedic traditions. Offerings include Teya Dosha Rituals, ocean rebirth therapies, detoxifying moringa and turmeric scrubs, open-air Shirodhara treatments and volcanic earth wraps. Guests can also experience restorative facials, sound baths, and mindful movement sessions in indoor and outdoor spaces overlooking the Caribbean Sea and rainforest. A mud pit experience, designed to connect visitors with the island’s natural healing elements, rounds out the program. The sanctuary spans 18,000 square feet.

The culinary scene continues to grow with refreshed dining and beverage concepts. Saltwood restaurant introduces a Mediterranean experience centered on a wood-fired grill. The menu highlights seafood, premium cuts, and seasonal ingredients from local producers, complemented by curated wines and craft cocktails. At RumFire Bar, guests can explore a new cocktail menu that features the Fire Pit with sorrel rum and coconut water, the Coco Field with coconut bush rum, Myers’s rum, and Coco Lopez, and the classic Singapore Sling with gin, cherry brandy, Benedictine, and pineapple juice. RumFire now offers 43 bush rum options, the largest selection in Dominica, along with tastings of infusions made from local fruits, herbs, and spices. The “Pure Heat” all-day menu debuts this summer and will continue through September 2026, pairing bar favorites with live music and small plates.

New recreational amenities include pickleball courts and upgraded non-motorized watersports such as glass-bottom kayaks and paddleboards. Guests can join Pilates, yoga, and other movement programs designed to meet varied activity levels. The resort’s amenities also include multiple pools, beach cabanas, a kids’ club, and tennis courts.

Located within Cabrits National Park on Dominica’s northwestern coast, the resort sits near waterfalls, rivers, and hot springs. Its event facilities span more than 85,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, accommodating leisure guests, groups, and weddings. Dining options across the property range from Creole-inspired cuisine at Kweyol to international selections at Cabrits Market, blending global influences with the island’s culinary heritage.
