Family-owned and operated AmaWaterways considers both our dedicated travel advisor partners and your clients a part of our extended family. That’s why we are passionate about supporting your business. And, as part of our continued commitment to helping you expand your knowledge, we are pleased to offer you valuable new tools and incentives within our robust Travel Advisor Portal at AmaWaterways.com.

Learn. Apply. Grow.

Last month, we proudly launched our new travel advisor training program, AmaAcademy. This in-depth interactive program highlights AmaWaterways’ unique points of distinction, unparalleled onboard experience, award-winning ships and spectacular itineraries. AmaAcademy has already received positive feedback from the many advisors who have taken the first step to becoming an AmaWaterways River Cruise Specialist. We encourage you to enhance your expertise by taking our first course – and, to sweeten the experience, once you complete Course 1, you will become eligible for reduced FAM rates. In addition, if you make a successful booking within 90 days of completion, you will also earn a $50 digital Mastercard reward! Additional courses will be created in the coming months to provide you with continued education that will render you an expert in the eyes of your clients.

Executive-Led Education

In our efforts to provide you and your business with the best personalized support, we also recently launched Webinar Wednesdays, a new series of webinars just for travel advisors. These informative webinars have been designed to help you successfully sell groups, promote your business on social media and gain a more in-depth understanding of our itineraries, ships and points of distinction. Scheduled at least once a month, Webinar Wednesdays are hosted by AmaWaterways’ esteemed executives and include a Q&A to provide answers to common questions related to each topic. Future sessions will include Alex Pinelo, Vice President of Sales; Janet Bava, Chief Marketing Officer; Bronwyn McKindley, Vice President of Reservations; and more! Should you happen to miss a session or wish to share the information with a colleague, recorded webinars will be posted following each event.

We strongly encourage you to take advantage of these valuable tools today! To register for AmaAcademy or sign up for our next Webinar Wednesday, visit the Travel Advisor Portal at AmaWaterways.com.
