The fall season descends on Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, and with it comes some spooktacular autumn decor!
Your clients will be happy to know that Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is back in full swing on select nights Aug. 12 to Oct. 31, 2022. There’s also trick-or-treating throughout the park for the littles (and not-so-littles), who can see all their favorite Disney characters in costume. Everyone is encouraged to dress up! There are all kinds of “Ghoulishly Good Dining Experiences” on tap, as well as “Devilishly Delightful Additions” for your clients to take home, including Halloween merchandise and specialty bites.
There are also four big events available for park-goers (these require separate Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party admission.)
Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular is hosted by Jack Skellington and features a “frightfully fun” fireworks display and state-of-the-art projection effects, lasers and lights. Certain elements are inspired by Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas.
Mickey’s “Boo to You” Halloween Parade sails out twice a night with an assortment of floats, with all the Disney friends accompanying Micky and Minnie in costume. Hitchhiking Ghosts and a spectral Bride will glide among the waltzing spirits—representing the Haunted Mansion from Liberty Square. Pirates sail in from Adventureland, Clarabelle Cow hosts a square dance during a Frontierland hoedown and a wicked assortment of Disney Villains reign over a Fantasyland-inspired grand finale.
The Sanderson Sisters from Hocus Pocus host the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, where they enlist the help of the Disney villains, mix sinister shadows and terrifying nightmares and use the nefarious powers of their frightening colleagues to conjure the ultimate Hocus Pocus Party Potion and cast a spell on everyone in the Park. Amazing dancers, wild visual projections and other special effects are part of the party.
Finally, the ghostly barbershop quartet known as the Cadaver Dans presents their bone-rattling comedic act during the Cadaver Dans Barbershop Quartet act.
