Central Holidays has extended its call center hours to meet the demand from all U.S. time zones. The new hours are from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST. As of April 1, Central Holidays’ Client Interaction Center has been open from Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST. The company also launched a new travel agent portal at centralholidays.com, where agents can research, plan and access agent-branded sales tools, as well as book Central Holidays, travel programs. Vacations.com announced that Azamara Club Cruises is now offering Vacation.com members a High Value Guest Incentive Commission program, the top commission Azamara Club Cruises offers.
High value guest bookings are suite bookings, as well as any booking created at least a yea before the sailing date, and any back-to-back bookings. Members can earn as much as 5 percent over their pre-existing Royal Caribbean Cruise Line family commission level and up to 21 percent for a high value guest booking. Vacation.com members can also earn more than one of the incremental incentives as eligible. Any incentive commission earned on an Azamara cruise by a Vacation.com member agency will be added to each booking within 10 days of the creation date and will be paid out with the standard commission earned.
