Launched in February 2017, The Travel Corporation’s TTC Agent Academy is expanding with the addition of a new online course.
The multi-part e-learning course is offered through TTC’s four brand training programs—Trafalgar Academy, Contiki U, Insight Specialist, and Uniworld River Cruise Specialist—and includes modules such as The TTC Difference, TTC’s Lifestyle of Travel, The Tools for Success, and TTC Cares—Making Travel a “Force of Good.” Upon completion of all modules, agents can download a certificate of accreditation.
