Touch of Spice, a luxury operator that launched its Residence Collection in early 2017, is expanding in New Zealand featuring private estates, oceanfront retreats, owner’s cottages, and premium homes that range from $3,600 to $25,221 per night. In-house amenities across all properties include private chefs, daily servicing, private wine collections, art collections, butler service, and in-residence spa treatments. There are also many off-property experiences included such as private shopping experiences at a high-end boutique, a remote dining experience under a waterfall in the New Zealand high country, or anything else on clients’ wish list.

There have also been two new additions to the Touch of Spice’s Residence Collection— the Bron-Yr-Aur, a country-side residence near Coronet Peak, one of Queenstown’s ski resorts; and Mahana Villa, located in Nelson on a winery. Mahana Villa sleeps up to 14 in three private, en-suite accommodations; guest can arrive via helicopter, enjoy a picnic at Abel Tasman National Park, and go horseback riding along the coast.

In addittion, Touch of Spice has partnered with luxury accommodations such as the Rahimoana, a presidential villa at Eagles Nest in the Bay of Island and The Penthouse by Eichardt’s, located in central Queenstown with views across Lake Wakatipu to snow-capped mountains. The Residence Collection’s expansion now also includes exclusive use of luxury lodges in New Zealand including Otahuna Lodge and Minaret Station.
