Cruise Planners, an American Express Travel Representative, today announced the addition of Scott Koepf as v.p. of strategic development starting March 2018.
In his new role with Cruise Planners, Koepf will support the growth of the Cruise Planners network by leading the Training and Events teams and exploring new opportunities for strategic development. He will also help Cruise Planners travel agents continue to develop their franchises. Koepf has also served as president of NACTA and has been a champion for travel agents focused on growing the group’s membership. will help Cruise Planners travel agents continue to develop their franchises.
Koepf has held a variety of roles within the cruise industry during his 30 years in the travel industry including being a travel franchise owner, onboard entertainer, and various leadership roles with Cruise Holidays, Nexion, and most recently with Avoya Travel, where he served as senior v.p. of sales. Koepf has also served as president of NACTA and has been a champion for travel agents focused on growing the group’s membership.
