Registration is now open to attend Delta Vacations University 2017. This year’s event takes place Sept. 16-17, 2017 at the Georgia International Convention Center in Atlanta, marking the 24th year that Delta Vacations, a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, has offered this travel industry educational seminar series and tradeshow.
Delta Vacations University 2017 will feature more than 60 in-depth classes on what’s new in leisure travel and access to more than 200 hotel, destination and travel partners from across the globe. Highlights of this year’s event include property-specific and destination-focused classes for the U.S., Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe, Latin America and the South Pacific; business-specific workshops on topics such as social media, customer retention, loyalty, and sales; and a Saturday evening networking reception for attendees. There will also be exclusive offers for attendees that they can use to provide savings for their clients.
Scheduled keynote speakers include Juliet Funt, CEO of WhiteSpace at Work, and Bob Somers, Delta senior v.p.—global sales.
