Dining includes everything from breakfast at Confluencias and traditional afternoon tea at the intimate lounge El Arsenal to fresh seafood with a Latin touch at the San Cristobal Panoramic Restaurant, with floor-to-ceiling windows. Evocacion Tobacco Lounge offers a selection of the finest rums, cigars and spirits, while Constante Bar is an ideal spot for sipping daiquiris. And at El Surtidor Pool Terrace and Bar, guests can hang out while enjoying Hispanic-inspired tapas and locally sourced cocktails.
