Delta Air Lines has just announced that it is one of several U.S. airlines to have been awarded flights to Havana by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). Delta will begin serving Havana, Cuba, Dec. 1, 2016 from New York (JFK), Atlanta (ATL) and Miami (MIA), resuming its daily nonstop service to the Caribbean island for the first time in almost 55 years. All routes are subject to Cuban regulatory approval; however, Delta will begin selling seats to Havana this summer. For more information, visit delta.com.
