AIC Hotel Group officially kicked off a new set of Green Light tour dates this week at a dance club in Plano, Texas, showing off the newly enhanced version of its existing agent training program.
Sponsored by The Mark Travel Corporation, the first tour stop following the revamp brought 150 travel advisors together for a night of singing, dancing, choreographed light shows, photo ops, giveaways and engaging product training. Unlike traditional industry training events, the AIC brand updates and overviews were showcased through experiences rather than figures and numbers, allowing agents to define whom each brand is truly for. Staying true to its experiential nature, the high-energy Green Light events are held in unique and unexpected locations (i.e. night clubs) and are exclusively curated for travel advisors and tour operators, with no two events ever being the same.
