The webinar will be held on, Thursday, September 17 at 9 a.m PST/12 p.m EST featuring:
- Visual highlights of Nice from Caterina Prochilo, press officer for the Nice Cote d’Azur Metropolitan Tourism Board
- A live cooking demo of the Nicoise specialty, socca, by Rosa Jackson, Originally from Canada, Rosa Jackson is a cooking teacher and food writer who runs the cooking school Les Petits Farcis in the Old Town of Nice. She specializes in the local Mediterranean-style cuisine.
- An introduction to the wines of Bellet, Nice’s urban appellation, by sommelier Viktorija Todorovska, Originally from the United States, Viktorija is an accredited sommelier with many French wine certifications. Her latest book, “Provence Food and Wine: The Art of Living,” introduces readers to the different styles of rose, with tempting recipe pairings.
