Globus’ Client Connect, one of the company’s newest features, is a referral tool that directly connects potential clients with agents, allowing agents to receive referrals easier.
When a consumer clicks on the “Find Travel Agent” tab on Globus, Cosmos, Monograms, or Avalon Waterways websites, they can find an agency via a state, or zip code. Travel agencies with agents who have completed a specialist program such as Avalon Waterways Specialist (AWS), Monograms Booking Agent (MBA), or the Globus or Cosmos Tour Expert (GTE) programs, will be shown at the top of the list with a logo next to their agency and a button to “view specialists.” The consumer has access to view all the specialists at the agency, and can easily connect with the agent using the new “click to connect” button next to the listing. This button gives the consumer an inquiry form when clicked and once filled out, an e-mail will be sent directly to the agency for follow-up. For more information, visit globusfamilypartner.com.
