Cruise Planners, an American Express Travel representative, is hitting the road for regional trainings in key markets. During these trainings agents will gain info on specialty niches, including FAM trips, plus agent-requested topics such as sales and marketing training, agent success stories, and hands-on technology training sessions. And, for the first time, there will also be luxury travel and land vacation-themed trainings for agents who specialize in those areas.

Agents will leave each training session with a sales and marketing roadmap to help them focus on gaining new clients and retain their current client list. Sessions offered by the Cruise Planners team include: “Top Producer’s Insights Panel”, as well as “PR and Social Media: Boost Your Social Exposure”, among others.
