Last month, Heritage Le Telfair, part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World collection, reopened after a 3-month renovation. The property, located in Mauritius, has debuted as a tropical island escape with newly designed guestrooms, suites and common areas. Each room includes the services of a dedicated butler, personal beach attendants, and a Les Clef d’Or concierge is also available. A new wellness pavilion offers guests yoga, tai chi, Pilates, qigong, and mediation sessions, and new spa treatments have been designed by the hotel’s osteopath and wellness specialists to offer guests additional pampering. Fusion Resort Phu Quoc, the latest addition to the Fusion portfolio, brings the brand’s innovative health and wellness lifestyle to Vietnam’s largest island Phu Quoc. For glamping in Australia, recommend Longitude 131° in the desert dunes at Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. The property, which has attracted Hollywood A-listers such as Jerry Seinfeld, Nicole Kidman, and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Will and Kate, recently unveiled several upgrades and now offers 15 safari-style tents—each with custom-built furniture—a bar, and artwork. Taking center stage at this resort are the stunning views of world-famous Ayers Rock and World Heritage-listed Kata Tjuta.
