Dream Hotel Group has announced plans to open the new Cas en Bas Beach Resort in Saint Lucia in 2023.

The new signing with UK-based resort development company Wellington Estates will be Dream Hotel Group’s first location in Saint Lucia and its second in the Caribbean, following The Bight by Dream Hotel Group in Turks and Caicos.

Cas en Bas Beach Resort by Dream Hotel Group will comprise of two contemporary low-rise buildings and 90 luxury accommodations, as well as multiple food and beverage venues, including a restaurant with an elevated terrace overlooking the pool, and one of the longest swimming pools in Saint Lucia.

Other amenities will include a champagne terrace and rooftop bar, signature restaurant, poolside dining, gym, spa treatments, and a beach bar and grill on the Cas en Bas Beach. The resort will also offer a tapas-style wine bar, grab-and-go café, sports bar, business center and guest services lounge, as well as a dedicated wellness center and fitness facility available exclusively for Cas en Bas Beach Resort guests.

The resort is situated on the Cap Estate, between the Saint Lucia Golf & Country Club’s championship course, Cabot St. Lucia golf estate and the beach on Cas en Bas Bay. It is less than a 10-minute drive from Rodney Bay, the center of social and cultural life in Saint Lucia, and near the Pigeon Island National Landmark, where the annual Saint Lucia Jazz Festival is held, as well as the Beausejour Cricket Stadium and the Rodney Bay Marina.
