Eden Roc Wellness & Spa’s expansive space includes 12 treatment rooms with indoor and outdoor cabins, a dedicated 1,200 square foot anti-gravity yoga area with 12 individual aero yoga structures, an indoor and outdoor Aqua Garden with freshwater pool, a 3,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art gym with an in-house personal fitness trainer and a new wellness bar with range of tropical fruit juices and smoothies. Eden Roc offers a number of different activities, from fitness to relaxation or yoga experiences. The fitness menu, for instance, features 45-minute classes available to guests on a complimentary-bases. Each Sunday, the resort’s Wellness Morning Experience, consisting of a one-hour yoga class, 15 minutes of meditation, and a healthy Silent Breakfast. An optional interactive workshop is priced at $60 pp.

Who to Book
Guests who value privacy, luxury and culinary experiences usually feel the most comfortable at Punta Cana. The most frequent guests tend to be families and couples.

Clients looking to simply relax and restore will find Eden Roc a peaceful and upscale environment in which to do so. And, those looking to kickstart a fitness program, loose a few pounds or simply “get back on track” will have access to Eden Roc’s complimentary daily fitness classes and other activities including Air Yoga, a dance class, meditation on the beach, sunset yoga and even a bike tour.

Best time to Travel
While visitors to the Dominican Republic can expect summer-like weather year-round, peak seasons are “festive” (from December 22nd until January 5th) and “high/winter season” (from January 6th until April 18th). The best rates are available from April 19th thru November 15th; excluding blackout dates. Rainy season is typically between June 1st and November 30th.
