Travelers can now view the picturesque landscape from Denver to Moab, Utah via Glenwood Springs from the comfort of a glass-domed train. The new passenger rail service is a partnership between the Canadian train company Rocky Mountaineer and the Moab Adventure Center

The 2-day Rockies to the Red Rocks luxury service traveling between Denver and Moab and Moab and Denver allows passengers to experience the beauty of the region’s mountains, canyons, rock arches and hoodoos. Day One on the Moab to Denver route sees travelers crossing the Continental Divide, seeing iconic sites such as Ruby Canyon and Mount Garfield, enjoying dinner and cocktails onboard before stopping in the resort town of Glenwood Springs for the night. On Day Two, passengers board the train once again and enjoy breakfast and a three-course lunch as their hosts explain the history of the region as they enter the Colorado Rockies on their way to Denver. The journey is available in SilverLeaf Service or SilverLeaf Plus Service with prices starting at $1,375 per person, and includes three meals and hotel accommodation at Glenwood Springs. 

The 4-day Rockies to the Red Rocks Classic itinerary traveling between Denver and Moab includes two days onboard and one-night stays at hotels in Denver, Glenwood Springs and Moab. Prices start at $1,859 per person. 

The 5-day Rockies to the Red Rocks Classic Las Vegas with Flightseeing tour starts or ends in Las Vegas with stops in Moab, Glenwood Springs and Denver. The journey includes a private 2-hour flight from Las Vegas to Moab. Prices start at $3,233 per person.  

The Moab Adventure Center is on hand to help guests plan activities should they decide to extend their stay in Moab. 

If you book before July 29, 2022, Rocky Mountaineer is offering $200 off per couple and $150 per person on 2022 bookings.  The 2022 season ends in October.
