Within the past 300 days Nikki Beach Hotels and Resorts grew its portfolio from four units to a total of seven resorts that are either operating or currently under construction, including new properties set to open in Santorini, Montenegro, and Sri Lanka.

First up on the expansion plan is Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Santorini, which is set to open this year. As the first lifestyle resort with private beach access, Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Santorini will feature 60 guestrooms and suites, three restaurants and the signature Nikki Spa. It will also be the brand’s second location in Greece.

“Our current pipeline and its imminent growth is a clear indication that the market is truly craving our experiential lifestyle concept,” said Alexander Schneider, newly appointed president of the Nikki Beach Global Hotel Division, in press materials.

Situated on a private peninsula in the bay of Budva, Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Montenegro will be part of a luxury private villa development under the Nikki Beach Global portfolio. The property overlooks a marina and the historical old town of Budva, which typically attracts travelers from the ultra-luxury yachting community. The property will feature 150 guestrooms and suites, 20 ultra-luxury villas, three individual private beaches, a jetty, five restaurants, a Nikki Spa, and Tone Gym. The brand’s beach club concept, Nikki Beach, will also be integrated into the resort.

Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Sri Lanka will be located within a new development in the beach area of Balapitya. Surrounded by rolling hills and rainforests, the property, which will be open year round, will consist of 200 guestrooms and suites with rooftop pools and a private beach stretching over 650 ft. There will also be four restaurants and bars on site, a Nikki Spa, Tone Gym and a Nikki Beach integration into the resort pool.
