Costa Cruises is launching its Sea & Land Destinations portfolio for summer 2025. The new collection of itineraries offers a curated mix of Sea Destinations, accessible only by ship, and Land Destinations showcasing custom-crafted shore excursions.
Immersive Sea & Land Journeys with Costa
Launched in 2024 and expanded this year, Sea Destinations with Costa allow guests to enjoy destinations while at sea. Costa ships slow down or pause in specially chosen locations—like the Cetacean Sanctuary, Ibiza Bay or the Venice Lagoon. These journeys deliver one-of-a-kind events onboard, from stargazing in pitch-black waters to jazz-infused mornings in Capri and Carnival-inspired evenings in Venice.
New and returning Sea Destinations span across the Western and Eastern Mediterranean, Northern Europe and the Baltic Sea, and include experiences such as:
- Calanques National Park Bay – Symphony at Dawn (Costa Toscana): Your clients can wake up while slowly sailing by the cliffs of Les Calanques.
- Ibiza Bay – Sunset Party (Costa Toscana): A DJ set and saxophone performance transform the ship into a floating dance party.
- Pelagos Sanctuary – Cetacean Echoes (Costa Smeralda and Costa Toscana): Observe dolphins and whales in their natural habitat.
- Geirangerfjord – Seven Sisters (Costa Diadema): In the Norwegian fjords, guests sip mulled wine while gazing at towering waterfalls.
- Baltic Sea – Sea of Stars (Costa Diadema): The ship powers down in total darkness for stargazing.
Costa’s Land Destinations offer a fresh take on shore excursions, offering new ways to explore cities and hidden gems with ease, depth and comfort. These curated excursions fall into four categories: cultural discovery, exclusive access to iconic landmarks, adrenaline adventures and family-friendly experiences.
