In a reaffirmation of its commitment to the travel advisor community, Carnival Cruise Line has launched Funnel Faves—a new campaign built on the core belief that travel advisors are essential to creating unforgettable cruise vacations.
Announced today, the program coincides with the appointment of Janet Wygert as Carnival’s new Senior Vice President of Sales and Trade Marketing. A longtime champion of advisor partnerships, Wygert emphasized that Funnel Faves is more than a promotion—it’s a philosophy.
“Travel advisors are at the heart of great vacations. They are our best advocates. That’s the philosophy my team and I have championed as we’ve built meaningful partnerships with travel advisors over the years. It’s important to us that our travel advisor partners are supported and celebrated, and that’s our guiding principle with this new program,” said Wygert, in a press statement.

Throughout the month, Funnel Faves will roll out four week-long promotions packed with opportunities for advisors to engage, win, and grow their business. Highlights include:
- Cruise and gift card giveaways for advisors who share their personal “Funnel Fave”—what they love most about Carnival and why it resonates with clients—on Wygert’s new Facebook page.
- Surprise lunches hosted by Carnival Business Development Managers.
- New merchandise, including “Funnel Faves” t-shirts designed as fun, wearable business cards.
- Double reward points in Loyalty Rocks!, Carnival’s advisor rewards program, for all new bookings made during the campaign.
As part of the campaign’s launch, Carnival is expanding its sales team with additional field sales staff and new leadership roles focused on strategic partnerships, charters and meetings and incentives, strengthening its frontline support for advisors.
