Luxury conglomerate LVMH is planning to open an ultra-premium hotel on famed Rodeo Drive. The group’s swanky hotel brand Cheval Blanc is currently found in France, Switzerland, and the Maldives. Cheval Blanc Los Angeles is slated to open in 2025 and will be the brand’s entry into the United States.

The hotel, which will contain 115 guestrooms, will be set at the intersection of Rodeo Drive and Little Santa Monica Boulevard.

At the helm of the project will be architect Peter Marino, who designed Louis Vuitton flagship on Rodeo Drive.

”Cheval Blanc is based on four core values, the sum of which is unique in the world of hospitality. Craftsmanship, with a sense of detail, pushed to extremes and painstaking groundwork on the product itself. Exclusive privacy, because the number of rooms is purposefully kept to a minimum. Creativity, which means that traditional codes are reinterpreted with boldness and modernity.  And finally, the Art de Recevoir and its thoughtful approach to service, which gives a unique character to each stay,” explains Olivier Lefebvre, head of hotel activities, LVMH Hotel Management.
