StolenTime in Saint Lucia has launched an astrology-inspired retreat series designed to connect their wellness journeys with their zodiac signs–what better way to start the new year off on the right foot? The new Astro Retreat program introduces 12 itineraries, each aligned with a different astrological sign and featuring spa, fitness, culinary and outdoor experiences. Developed in partnership with the AstroTwins, the itineraries draw on trends that blend metaphysical practices with wellness routines and reflect younger travelers’ growing interest in astrology for lifestyle guidance.

Energy Renewal at StolenTime

Each itinerary combines self-guided components with destination-based experiences that reflect the energy and preferences traditionally associated with each sign. For instance, Gemini’s program centers on discovery through an island tour and snorkeling trip, while Cancer’s focuses on introspection and creativity through beachfront art sessions intended to support emotional balance. Capricorn’s itinerary connects discipline and reward with activities like a mountain hike to the Pitons, followed by a hot stone massage. Sagittarius travelers are offered a helicopter transfer to appreciate the island from above, and Aquarius can join sailing lessons that encourage both learning and independence.

The retreats are available throughout the year and can align naturally with personal events such as birthdays or New Year reflections. With the Capricorn and Aquarius seasons often linked to renewal and long-term goal-setting, many participants choose this period to reset their intentions while engaging with the resort’s wellness offerings.

StolenTime, formerly a couples-only property, now welcomes all adults seeking mental clarity and meaningful connection. The resort’s repositioning builds on its philosophy of fostering connection among individuals, couples and groups, while offering opportunities for personal growth through creative and physical pursuits. The property promotes engagement through experiences such as yoga, meditation, art classes, massage workshops and archery.

Located on the northwest coast of St Lucia, StolenTime sits on a 7-acre garden along the island’s longest beach. The five-star, all-inclusive resort includes 100 guest rooms, 43 of which are suites, as well as 3 restaurants and 3 bars, including the signature Champagne Bar.
