The Bahamas has always had a certain cachet and exclusivity, and the new Goldwynn Resort is offering your demanding clients that and more on an untouched stretch of Cable Beach. The resort will be a departure from the usual large resorts of Nassau and it’s ready to welcome arrivals beginning February 1, 2023.

Goldwynn Resort Prepares to Welcome Guests in the New Year

Goldwynn Resort is a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, and its aesthetic is a blend of nostalgia mixed with the best of Bahamian luxury. As expected, it offers privacy and personalized service, world-class cuisine and a gorgeous slice of beach.

“It is with very good reason that we welcome Goldwynn Resort & Residences to Small Luxury Hotels of the World as our one and only property in the Bahamas: the new beachside luxury retreat offers a more authentic, boutique island resort experience than the much larger neighboring Nassau properties,” said Kenan Simmons, senior v.p., Americas, of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. “From its beautifully appointed oversized rooms and contemporary island living philosophy, Goldwynn is an ideal partner to continue to bring discerning SLH members the smaller, independent luxury travel experiences that they desire.”

Your clients will be able to choose from 81 studios, one- two- and three-bedroom suites, and three large Edge suites. The three-bedroom signature Goldwynn Suite is the ultimate in an oceanfront resort stay, with 1,940 square feet of interior space, three balconies, two terraces and 270 degrees of unobstructed ocean views. All studios and suites have full kitchens or kitchenettes, private balconies and serve views of the ocean or the immaculate golf course.

Meals with a MediterrAsian flair are offered at OIA, the signature restaurant, which shares the spectacular view with Bar Paul, a day-to-night casual lounge space. Amara will slake thirst and hunger (infinity) poolside, and there’s butler service for those who’d rather have their meals taken to their private cabana.

Of course, no resort would be complete without a spa: the Mangrove Spa only has an intimate three cabins (including a couple’s suite), a nail and hair salon, and an outdoor cabana.

“We are thrilled to participate in the growing offering of luxury accommodations in The Bahamas. Our new resort brings something special and unique that will redefine the north coast of New Providence,” said Paul Wynn, of Wynn Hospitality, LTD, developer of Goldwynn Resort & Residences, in a press statement.

Of note: the resort feels like it’s in another world, but it’s only 15 minutes from Linden Pindling International Airport and 10 minutes from downtown Nassau.
