Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts is offering a new incentive for travel agents with the opportunity to win a $1,000 monthly salary in 2021.

After a challenging year where the travel industry has taken a hard hit, Bahia Principe’s rewards program is offering a cash boost to the travel agent community for bookings made between Sept. 15 to Dec. 10, with travel taking place between Oct. 1 and Dec. 31.

“As flights continue to be reinstated and travelers are ready to travel for the holidays, we felt it was an excellent time to launch this raffle by offering the best reward—cash,” said Helen Montijano, v.p. of sales and marketing for the U.S. and Canada in a press statement. “We have strict safety and sanitation protocols in place at all our resorts and are ready to receive guests.”

To qualify, travel agents must be in the U.S. and be registered in the Bahia Principe Rewards program. A minimum of 25 room-nights must be booked within the booking and travel window, and each reservation must be registered in Bahia Principe Rewards no matter how it was made be it direct or via another channel. Each reservation qualifies as a new entry into the running for this cash prize. The drawing will take place on Dec. 18 and the winner will be announced on Dec. 21.

The following resorts are open or slated to before the end of the year:

Dominican Republic: Bahia Principe Luxury Ambar, Bahia Principe Fantasia Punta Cana, Bahia Principe La Romana, Bahia Principe Grand Punta Cana, Bahia Principe Grand El Portillo, Bahia Principe Luxury Samana

Mexico: Bahia Principe Luxury Akumal, Bahia Principe Grand Tulum

Jamaica: Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica, Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay

In addition to this current promotion, agents can earn points year-round by completing online courses and booking hotel stays which can be redeemed for perks including complimentary stays, excursion discounts, spa treatments and more.
