TROBBU will open its second property, TROBBU San Miguel de Allende, in Mexico this July. The all-inclusive villa resort will be located less than half a mile from Jardin Allende and the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcangel in the city’s historic center. Of note: The opening promotion includes a 25 percent discount available for bookings made through May 31, 2026.
The Newest TROBBU
The property will feature 15 standalone villas, ranging from 2,200 to 3,200 sq. ft. Each villa accommodates up to 8 guests and includes 3 bedrooms, either 3-and-a-half or 4-and-a-half bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a terrace. Among the villa amenities are bunk beds in one of the bedrooms and a private jacuzzi located on the third-floor terrace.
Consistent with TROBBU’s all-inclusive model, the nightly rate covers dining, on-property amenities and resort activities.
Your clients will have access to a piano bar, restaurant, pool, spa, beauty salon and fitness center. TROBBU has also partnered with Vinedos San Lucas, located nearby, to offer guests experiences such as wine tastings, cycling through the vineyards, dining and visiting the property’s polo club.
The San Miguel de Allende opening follows the brand’s initial development in Tulum, where TROBBU introduced a collection of all-inclusive luxury villas in early 2025. The company describes its design approach as focused on independent villa accommodations within a resort environment.
TROBBU plans further expansion across Mexico, with projects expected in additional destinations. The company has also announced its intent to enter the U.S. market later in 2026 and begin operations in Europe in 2027. The San Miguel property will be the brand’s first launch outside of a beach destination, marking its entry into one of Mexico’s most visited inland cultural centers.
