Swan Hellenic has launched Arctic Uncovered, a promotion offering savings up to $3,700 per guest on 2026 Arctic expedition voyages. The deal targets late bookers seeking Arctic adventures on remaining berths aboard the cruise line’s ice-class expedition ships.

The savings package combines per-person fare reductions with $300 onboard credit per person and complimentary WIFI upgrades. Group pricing is available upon request. Of note: Agencies earn up to a $500 bonus commission on each new booking under this promotion.

Arctic Uncovered pulls out all the stops to help ensure latecomers don’t miss out, offering exceptional last-minute opportunities to discover the North’s great white wilderness with us and ‘See what others don’t’,” said Swan Hellenic CEO Andrea Zito in a press statement.

Swan Hellenic’s Arctic

Swan Hellenic operates two boutique expedition vessels for Arctic itineraries: SH Vega and SH Diana. Both ships feature ice-class construction designed for polar navigation. The vessels blend expedition capabilities with refined amenities, gourmet dining and educational programming through curated lectures.

The 2026 Arctic program covers four primary regions. Svalbard offers encounters with polar bears, walruses, Arctic foxes and diverse bird species among dramatic glaciers and mountain landscapes. Iceland features black-sand beaches, geysers, waterfalls and volcanic terrain alongside Viking historical sites.

Greenland itineraries navigate both coasts, providing access to fjords, icebergs, remote settlements and Inuit cultural experiences. Canadian Arctic voyages follow historic explorer routes through wilderness areas where guests may spot narwhals and musk oxen.

The expedition format combines daily shore excursions with onboard programming. Ships carry expedition teams and naturalists who lead landings and provide wildlife expertise. Zodiac boats enable access to remote locations and close wildlife viewing opportunities.

Arctic voyages typically operate during summer months when ice conditions permit safe navigation and wildlife activity peaks. The region’s extended daylight hours during this season maximize exploration time and photography opportunities.
